INTRODUCTION
1.1. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) says that BTCONNECT CRM (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), respect the privacy of everyone who visits this website, downloads and uses our desktop and/or mobile applications. We have created the BTCONNECT CRM Platforms and licensed the use of same as a part of business operations.
1.2. At BTCONNECT CRM, we are highly committed to the privacy of your personal data and information and in providing services to the users of BTCONNECT CRM. As a result, we would like to inform you regarding the way we would collect, store, process and use your collected data. We recommend you to read this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) so that you understand our approach towards the use of your data. This policy is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1.3. By submitting your Required Information (as defined hereinafter) to us and indicating your agreement with this Privacy Policy, you (or anyone who accesses and uses the BTCONNECT CRM Platforms shall be referred to as “You”, “Your” or “User” as the context may require) will be treated as having given their permission, wherever necessary and appropriate to our collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information and accept this Policy along with any amendments or modifications as may be made from time to time.
THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect, process, store and use your data to provide you with, or make your connection with the Services. Such collected data includes:
- Transaction Data: This includes details of transactions that may come in use through the app like telecom industry transaction messages being sent by respective telecom operator to their channel partners in order to inform them for their purchase or sale.
- Location: This permission includes the current location details through GPS. This application needs your location in order to perform their main functions of generating leads or fees, to verify location and address details.
- Call Logs: We collect call log information for the generation of leads. Please note that such data is limited to details of the transactions contained in the call logs. We do not collect, read or store any private information.
- Media and Phone: We need this access to specified content on your phone to fulfill the functionality. We need this access to verify yourself and your identity through the camera or media.
- Usage data: This includes information about the use of application and services.
- App data: We only use the telecom transaction messages on particular sender IDs like Airtel, For Jio (Jionet), and for Vodafone (ViCARE). We only use the call duration and number to update call leads.
- Device Information: This access is needed for IMEI or android device id, thereby it can be used by single person through single login for security purposes.
We need to collect your data to provide you with the access to the App and Services. In certain scenarios, we need to collect certain data as required by law, or under the Terms. If you fail to provide us with that data as and when requested by us, we will not be able to perform our responsibility under the arrangement we have with you or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with features of the Services). In this case, we may have to cancel or limit your access to the Services (or part thereof).
HOW WE COLLECT DATA ABOUT YOU
We use different methods to collect and process personal data about you. This includes:
- Information you provide us: This is the information (including identity, contact, and device data) you agree to give us when you use our Services or when you correlate with us (for example, by email or chat, or through the App). It includes information you provide when you register to use the Services, use an App feature, share data through the App, or when you report a problem with the App and our Services. If you contact us, we will keep a record of the information shared during the correspondence.
- Information we collect about your device: We collect your device data such as device id in order to enable single login for single user, so that you can take use of our services (App).
Please note that we do not have any control over your personal data that you may choose to make publicly available. For an example, if you post reviews, comments, or messages on the public sections of the app or on app store or play store, you’ll be doing that at your own risk. We are not responsible for third party misuse of any such data.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR COLLECTED DATA AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES
We assure that we will only use your data in accordance with the applicable law. Most commonly, we will only use your data to provide you with the best services or where we need to act in accordance with a wish or demand.
You agree and acknowledge that by using our services and by registering with our app, you authorize us. This ensures that you are aware of all the features and services of the application.
